Who may come in
Guest codes and the open switch for every product behind the login. Your own password is unchanged (set-password.sh on the server).
For the site's admin only
Sign in with the site password on the home page, then come back here.
The site
Open visitors see MERLIN's Cockpit only: they run nothing, approve nothing and use no AI. Every other product, MERLIN Flows and the AI Unboxed handout included, asks them to sign in, as when the site is closed.
Guest codes
A guest signs in on the home page with their code. In MERLIN a guest can watch, run cash positioning, approve and ask the Analyst; not Setup, Reset, the Back office or the Classic Panels. A code is shown only as you type it: it is kept as a keyed hash, so note it before you add it. Deleting or changing a code ends that guest's sign-in at their next click.
